In terms of industrial chain extension, CWCG has independently developed a series of products around the key control material support business of concrete materials and products, including various kinds of high-performance functional polycarboxylate superplasticizers (such as super-high-rise pumping superplasticizers), admixtures such as viscosity control and pore structure optimization, special high-efficiency early strength agents for prefabricated components, water-based release agents, and infrastructure additives, with the ability to provide in-depth synergy from products to services to comprehensive solutions.

In the aspect of Internet collaboration technology, research on intelligent manufacturing has been carried out.  NEW BREAKTHROUGH IN CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SUPER HIGH-RISE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT

The new breakthrough of concrete technology in super high-rise buildings

In recent years, with more and more super high-rise building projects, super-high pumping concrete technology has become one of the key technologies in modern building construction. In the process of concrete high-pressure pumping, many problems such as pump blockage are easy to occur, which has always been a big problem in concrete construction. Super-high-rise pumping concrete is commonly known as "glutinous rice dumplings" in the industry, which is characterized by its great fluidity. With the development of the city, CWCG has pushed forward the technology of pumping concrete in super high-rise buildings. The company has successively participated in the construction and tackled the key problems of nearly 50 super-high-rise buildings with a height of over 200m, of which nearly 10 are over 400m, and has achieved a series of leading key technological breakthroughs at home and abroad around concrete for super-high-rise buildings, creating a number of world records. Among them, the pumping height of Tianjin Building 117 reached 621m, setting a Guinness World Record (September 8, 2015).

In the Great Mosque of Algiers, with the outstanding technical advantages of ultra-high pumping concrete, the preparation technology of ultra-early strength, low heat and ultra-high pumping concrete was developed under the circumstances that the environment, the quality of floor materials and the management mode were quite different from those in China, and the technical difficulties such as ultra-early strength, high strength, ultra-high pumping and low hydration heat were overcome. In North Africa, the concrete with the compressive strength of 99MPa for 28 days was pumped to 250m for the first time (March 11, 2017), setting a new record for local concrete application strength and pumping height. The tallest building in Africa that "Made in China" fully demonstrated the hard strength of “China Construction”.

SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION ACCELERATES THE REALIZATION OF THE "DOUBLE CARBON" GOAL


As an engineering building material, concrete is the most widely used in construction projects. CWCG actively explores the breakthrough of intelligent manufacturing technology of concrete ready-mixed plant, and puts forward the concept of "Smart factory" which takes the customer as the core, deeply blends the whole process and elements of concrete with the new generation of information technology, and integrates intelligent construction site, intelligent logistics, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent management.

In order to realize the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" of building materials industry, CWCG responded to China’s sustainable development strategy, boosted the green development, and made a series of corresponding plans. As early as 2009, the company put forward the construction concept of "garden factory station".
