Jiangsu Suzhou Wujiang Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project Construction by China Construction First Group

The first TOD super complex in Wujiang District, Suzhou

The project is located in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of about 258,000 square meters. It integrates urban transportation, commerce, housing and other formats, and it is a comprehensive transfer hub and also a fashionable neighborhood city plaza integrating various public facilities.

After the project is completed, it will accelerate the integration of Wujiang District into the main urban area of Suzhou, meet the living and consumption needs of citizens, and provide more convenience for residents in this area.

Jiangsu Nanjing NCIP distributed photovoltaic power generation project

Diversified photovoltaic energy storage and charging demonstration projects

The project is located in Luhe District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, using a variety of models of crystalline silicon modules and flexible modules, including fixed, flat single-axis tracking and other types of bracket forms, covering the ground, roof, carport and water floating photovoltaic and other forms of photovoltaic power generation.

After the completion of the project, it is expected that the average annual power generation will be about 5,274,000 kWh, which can realize the intelligent information visualization management of the power station operation, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power station in all aspects, and provide “intelligent demonstration model” for the development and utilization of photovoltaic energy, and help realize the goal of “double peaking and carbon neutrality”.

The project is located in Tianfu New District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, with a total floor area of 176,000 square meters, and the construction includes the National Key Laboratory of Micro-Nano Optics and the National 02 Special Laboratory.

The project is a key project in Sichuan Province, which is the largest research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the southwest region. The main research direction involves photoelectric tracking and measurement, beam control, adaptive optics, advanced optics manufacturing and other fields. After it is completed and put into use, it will become an important strategic scientific and technological force in the national photoelectric field.

Xinjiang Longju New material Co., Ltd. Carbon Fiber Project (Phase I)

Xinjiang's first carbon fiber production base, the world's largest single carbon fiber industrial base

The project is located in Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The first phase of the project has a construction area of 34,500 square meters, including a new carbon fiber workshop, a raw silk warehouse, a carbon fiber warehouse, and related ancillary facilities.

After the completion of the project, it can meet the demand for carbon fiber in wind energy, hydrogen energy, photovoltaic and other industries, fill the blank of local carbon fiber production in Xinjiang, and provide basic material support for “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” related industries.

CALB Chengdu Project Phase I

One of the key planning and construction projects for the implementation of the national “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals” development strategy.

The project is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, with a total construction area of 447,000 square meters, including constructing production plant, PACK workshop and other 20 individual buildings, as well as roads in the area and pipeline network engineering and other ancillary projects.

The project is one of the key planning and construction projects for the implementation of the national “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals”development strategy, and is expected to have an annual production capacity of 20GWh of lithium batteries, which will give full play to the advantages of Sichuan's abundant lithium mines, accelerate the construction of the new energy industry system, and help realize the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”.

Chongqing Land Port Project of New Land-sea Corridor

The project is located in Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park, with a total construction area of 108,000 square meters, consisting of one office building, five warehouses, one container yard and some supporting facilities.

After the completion of the project, it will become an international logistics distribution center integrating “logistics & trade & finance & headquarter”, a landmark project for the New Land-sea Corridor cooperation among Chongqing, Guizhou, other relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and a pioneer demonstration project for the construction of a land port that will be integrated into the construction of the “Belt and Road Initiative”and enhance the interconnection of the countries along the New Land-sea Corridor.

The project is located in Wuxiang New District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with a total construction area of about 57,000 square meters, including two data room buildings and one power center.

The project is Guangxi's first national-level “Three 5A” large-scale data center constructed in line with the national big data development strategy, and is the information network project of Guangxi's “Five Networks (transportation network, energy network, information network, logistics network, underground pipe network)”construction campaign. After the completion of the project, it will serve Guangxi, Southwest region and ASEAN countries, providing governmental cloud, financial cloud, industrial cloud and disaster recovery services to the government and enterprises.

The project is a key project in Henan Province and is the first super-high-rise landmark building in Luohe City. Upon completion, the project will play an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Luohe City's industries, strengthening the agglomeration of advantaged industries, prompting upstream and downstream industries to invest in Luohe, and enhancing the quality of Luohe's development and the city's image.

Located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, the project has a total floor area of about 480,000 square meters and is divided into north and south districts, with the south district containing a high-end exhibition center and four high-end office buildings.

Relying on the dual urban rail hubs, the project integrates the Jiufo Intercity Station and Xinnandi Metro Station, giving full play to the value of transportation. The project is located in the financial core area of Laoshan, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, with a floor area of 210,000 square meters and a total height of 201.8 meters, consisting of two towers and podiums, which integrates a super five-star hotel and an intelligent Grade A office building.

The project is a key construction project at provincial, municipal and district levels, and will be of great significance in further improving the ecological system of the city's financial region and promoting the upgrading of the city's functions after its completion.

Shanghai Film Art Center Renovation Project
