The main drafter introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusions that technical indexes are advanced and applicable and the standard reaches domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the CCPA standard was approved by unanimous approval.
Specification for Detecting Grouting Solidity of Prestressed Conduits by Impact Elastic Waves specifies the terms and symbols, selection and process of testing methods, qualitative testing, positioning testing, evaluation and reporting for detecting grouting solidity of prestressed conduits by impact elastic waves. In this standard, technical parameter requirements for testing equipment have been proposed for the quality measurement of prestressed conduit grouting, the applicable scope and testing conditions of the testing method have been clarified, at the same time, a quantitative method and evaluation requirements for detecting the grouting solidity of prestressed conduit have been proposed. The implementation of this standard will be conducive to the rapid measurement and evaluation of the quality of prestressed conduit grouting, early detection and treatment of grouting defects, and is of great significance for improving the durability of post tensioned prestressed structures and ensuring structural safety.
