On April 11, 2022, CCPA and CBMF jointly approved and issued CCPA standard Technical Requirement for Production Equipment of Precast Concrete Pile, which shall be implemented from August 11, 2022.

Technical Requirement for Production Equipment of Precast Concrete Pile specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation for production equipment of precast concrete pile. This CCPA standard is applicable to the production equipment of precast concrete piles formed by centrifugation or pouring process, including pipe piles with diameter of 300 mm to 600 mm, length of no more than 15 m, as well as hollow/solid square piles with side length of 300 mm to 500 mm, length of no more than 15 m.

The release and implementation of this standard will provide reliable and effective scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the mechanization and automation level of precast concrete piles in the production process, and is of great significance for improving the manufacturing level of the precast concrete pile industry and actively promoting the development of green building materials.
