On September 4, 2023, CCPA and CBMF jointly approved and issued 2 CCPA standards, Base Shaped Reinforced Concrete Pipes and Technical Specification for Nonmetal Shear Connectors of Precast Concrete Sandwich Facade Panels, which shall be implemented from December 1, 2023.

Base Shaped Reinforced Concrete Pipes is applicable to base shaped reinforced concrete pipes used for gravity flow pipelines such as rainwater, sewage, water diversion, and farmland drainage and irrigation that use slotted construction. The release and implementation of this standard has positive significance in guiding and standardizing the production process of base shaped reinforced concrete pipes, improving product quality, expanding engineering applications, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of pipelines.

Technical Specification for Nonmetal Shear Connectors of Precast Concrete Sandwich Facade Panels is applicable to the design, installation, and quality inspection of nonmetal shear connectors used in precast concrete sandwich facade panels under non combined stress. The release and implementation of standards will enhance the technical level of production of precast concrete sandwich facade panels, and promote the promotion and application of prefcast concrete sandwich facade panels in prefabricated buildings.
