On November 22,the delegation of CCPA for“Exchange and Research on Transformation and Upgrading and High Quality Development of Concrete and Cement-based Products Industry (Europe)”went to Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Neunkirchen, to participate in the launching activity of CCPA's first overseas training base. The training base was set for ecological concrete, masonry materials and engineers and technicians of concrete and cement-based products industry.  Fu Xinyuan, General Manager of Quangong Machinery Co.， Ltd.,  Heiko Boes, General Manager of Zenith and the senior management of the company, as well as many local media reporters attended the event.

According to Fu Xinyuan, in 2014, Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. wholly acquired a world-renowned block machine manufacturer with a history of more than 70 years in Germany一Zenith. The company has long been committed to the research and development and production of pallet-free block machine, it also has the world's leading pallet-free equipment manufacturing technology. Its market share of high-end brick making machine is at the forefront, so that the company enjoys a good reputation in the international arena.

The "Training Base for Eco-Concrete Masonry Materials and Engineers in Concrete and Cement-based Products Industry (Germany Station)" is jointly constructed by China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (CCPA), Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH, with the hope of building a world-class vocational training base for ecological masonry personnel, constructing a talent cultivation and operation management system of ecological masonry intelligent factories, providing more technically proficient special talents with an international outlook for the industry, and further upgrading the overall production, manufacturing and management level of the ecological masonry industry in China and even in the international arena.

The launching ceremony was hosted by Dr. Chen, Deputy Secretary General of CCPA. Zhang Dengping, Vice President of CCPA and Chairman of Beijing Construction Engineering New Building Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a speech and unveiled the plaque of the training base together with Heiko Boes. Guan Yangchun, Vice President of CCPA and Chairman of Qingdao Global Group Co., issued a certificate of recognition of the training base to Zenith. Li Zhiling, Deputy Secretary General of CCPA and Director of International Cooperation Center, and more than 20 representatives from domestic enterprises and local associations witnessed the launching ceremony.

The group of "Exchange and Research on Transformation and Upgrading and High Quality Development of Concrete and Cement-based Products Industry (Europe)" is a large-scale, representative and very important delegation organized by China's concrete and cement-based products industry since 2020. Members of the delegation include large comprehensive groups, leading enterprises in the fields of ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete, concrete technology and equipment, heads of local associations, as well as those responsible for the association's scientific and technological work and international cooperation work. The trip started on November 14th and returned to China on November 23rd, which lasted for ten days, spanning France, Switzerland and Germany, and traveling nearly 2,000 kilometers. They visited seven international famous and industry representative enterprises, such as XtreeE, Saint-Gobain, Howrey, Sika, Liebherr, Vollert, Zenit, etc., and visited LV Foundation Art Center, Chanel Le 19M, RINN Masonry Industry Exhibition Park and other architectural and landscape engineering projects. Through a variety of forms of meetings, seminars, technical exchanges, as well as visits to the exhibition halls, laboratories, workshops, factories, etc., they gained a certain knowledge and understanding of the strategic transformation, industrial layout, low-carbon products and technologies, development direction and trend of internationalized enterprises. At the same time, the current development situation, technological progress and low-carbon development of Chinese concrete and cement-based products industry were also powerfully disseminated, members of the delegation also enhanced their understanding with these international enterprises, and reached a number of communication and cooperation intentions and potential international cooperation projects.

It is related to the long-term development of all our industry enterprises to solve the pain points and difficulties faced by enterprises with new thinking, new modes and new methods, and to promote the high-quality development of enterprises with new technologies, new products, new equipment and new applications. It is believed that Chinese concrete and cement-based products enterprises and their European counterparts will have a broader prospect of cooperation in the future, and the results of this exchange and research will become an important driving force for the development of industry enterprises!
