On February 13, a team of 13 project management personnels arrived on-site and completed all preliminary preparations within just three days. By February 20, steel reinforcement processing equipment had been successfully delivered. On February 22, mold installation was completed. In just 12 days, Beijing Yugou team achieved the first successful production.
