(hereinafter referred to Beijing Yugou) successfully completed the first precast concrete tower component for the 1GW Wind-Solar-Storage Base in Bairin Zuoqi, Inner Mongolia. This project is jointly developed by Inner Mongolia Energy Group Lindong New Energy Co., Ltd. and Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. With exceptional technical expertise and efficient execution, Beijing Yugou has provided strong momentum for the project. In the Bairin Zuoqi Wind-Solar-Storage Base Project, Beijing Yugou once again broke industry records with its speed. On February 13, a team of 13 project management personnels arrived on-site and completed all preliminary preparations within just three days. By February 20, steel reinforcement processing equipment had been successfully delivered. On February 22, mold installation was completed. In just 12 days, Beijing Yugou team achieved the first successful production. This "lightning-fast" progress is a testament to Beijing Yugou’s efficient collaboration and scientific management, laying a solid foundation for the project's smooth execution. In the race to build new energy infrastructure, Beijing Yugou has once again proven that when it comes to high-speed delivery, the company never falls behind!


High Difficulty: Professionalism in Overcoming Extreme Challenges

With winter temperatures dropping to below -10°C, the construction environment in Bairin Zuoqi posed extreme challenges. However, leveraging its extensive winter construction experience and advanced technical expertise, the team successfully overcame the difficulties caused by low temperatures. By implementing precise technical solutions, including concrete material quality control, mix proportion optimization, production process management, and specialized curing techniques, they ensured the high-quality production of low-temperature, high-strength concrete.
