In terms of manufacturing processes, the 200MW wind power project imposes extremely stringent precision requirements on wind turbine hybrid tower molds. The project team meticulously optimized every stage of production—from employing digital simulation software during the design phase to assess mold performance under various conditions, to selecting high-strength, corrosion-resistant steel as raw materials, to utilizing high-precision CNC equipment for component machining with strict dimensional tolerance control. During the final assembly and debugging phase, rigorous testing and adjustments were conducted to ensure smooth mold operation and precise positioning.


Every step was taken to meet the project's demand for large-scale, high-precision hybrid tower sections, facilitating smooth project execution and ensuring efficient and stable green energy production. The mold's structural precision, durability, and production efficiency have all reached world-class standards, with a service life exceeding that of traditional molds by more than 30%. Additionally, an AI-powered quality inspection system was introduced, achieving a 100% qualification rate for critical components and reducing the project timeline by 20%.
