A review meeting of CCPA standard Design Code for Hydraulic Ecological Concrete Application was held by CCPA and CBMF on September 27, 2024. 30 representatives from scientific research and architectural design institutes, industry associations, inspection bodies, laboratories, production enterprises, and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of the review committee.
The main drafter introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments, and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word, and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusions that the content of this standard is systematic and comprehensive, and the technical indexes are advanced and applicable. Finally, the CCPA standard was approved by unanimously approval.
On the basis of international and domestic research and basic experimental verification, the Design Code for Hydraulic Ecological Concrete Application summarizes the research achievements and practical experience of applying ecological concrete in the field of hydraulic engineering in China in recent years. It stipulates the materials, layout, and selection, structural design, structural and stability calculation, and other aspects of ecological concrete for hydraulic engineering, and clarifies the technical requirements for application design in the protection of hydraulic bank slopes and bottom protection projects. The implementation of this standard is of great significance and guiding value for promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy construction.
