From January 16 to 18, 2025, CCPA organized and held a review meeting for four CCPA standards, which are Technical Specification for Installation and Acceptance of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower, Technical Specification for Maintenance of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower, Technical Specification for Prestressing System of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower, and Technical Requirements for Key Assembly Materials of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower. Over 50 representatives, including 25 members of the review committee from research and architectural design institutes, colleges and universities, industry associations, inspection bodies, laboratories, production enterprises, and users, attended the meeting.

Over 50 representatives, including 25 members of the review committee from research and architectural design institutes, colleges and universities, industry associations, inspection bodies, laboratories, production enterprises, and users, attended the meeting.
The main drafter of the standards introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments, and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standards, respectively. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word, and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusions that the technical indexes of all the standards are advanced and applicable, and they all reach an international advanced level in general. Finally, all four CCPA standards were approved by unanimously approval.
Technical Specification for Installation and Acceptance of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower summarizes the quality management practices and engineering experiences of concrete tower assembly, installation and prestressed construction, and puts forward technical requirements for concrete towers in transportation, installation, prestressed engineering, acceptance of completion documents, occupational health, safety and environment. The implementation of this standard will further enhance the technical level of concrete-steel hybrid tower installation and promote the popularization and application of concrete-steel hybrid towers in wind power generation projects.
Technical Specification for Maintenance of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower summarizes the practical experience of maintaining concrete-steel hybrid towers and puts forward technical regulations on foundation maintenance, concrete tower maintenance, steel cylinder section maintenance, tower accessory maintenance, prestressed system maintenance, maintenance data, operators, safety management and environmental protection. The implementation of this standard will further standardize the maintenance operations of concrete-steel hybrid towers, ensure that they can serve normally within their designed service life, and promote the popularization and application of concrete-steel hybrid towers in the field of wind power generation.
Technical Specification for Prestressing System of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower summarizes the material performance, prestressed design and prestressed engineering construction experience of the prestressing system for concrete-steel hybrid tower, and puts forward technical regulations for the prestressing system in terms of prestressed materials, prestressed design calculation, structural regulations, installation and acceptance. The implementation of this standard will further enhance the standardization technical level of the prestressing system for concrete-steel hybrid tower and promote the application and popularization of the prestressing system in the concrete-steel hybrid tower projects.
Technical Requirements for Key Assembly Materials of Wind Turbine Concrete-steel Hybrid Tower comprehensively summarizes the technical quality management of key materials for the installation of concrete-steel hybrid tower, and puts forward the technical requirements and acceptance regulations for key materials in the installation of concrete-steel hybrid tower. The implementation of this standard will further enhance the technical level of concrete-steel hybrid tower component installation and promote the popularization and application of concrete-steel hybrid towers in the wind power generation industry.
