A review meeting of CCPA standard Technical Specification for the Application of Ultra Fine Slag Powder in Concrete was held by CCPA on June 13, 2025. 22 representatives from scientific research and architectural design institutes, industry associations, inspection bodies, laboratories, production enterprises, and users attended the meeting, of which 9 were members of the review committee.

The main drafter introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments, and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word, and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusions that the content of this standard is systematic and comprehensive, innovative and highly operational, and the standard reaches a domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the CCPA standard was approved with unanimous approval.

Technical Specification for the Application of Ultra Fine Slag Powder in Concrete sets out the technical indicators for the classification of ultra fine slag powder, clarifies the maximum dosage of ultra fine slag powder in concrete of different grades, and standardizes the technical requirements for quality control during the construction process of ultra fine slag powder concrete and its products. The implementation of this standard will strongly promote the high-quality application of ultrafine slag powder.
