Authors are invited to submit either full papers (up to 8 pages) or extended abstracts (up to 4 pages), which will be peer-reviewed and published in the official proceedings. All accepted papers require full registration and technical presentation at the symposium. Each paper will be archived and assigned a DOI in a similar format to prior symposiums.

Submissions must be in English and contribute to the advancement of the UHPC field.
By submitting, authors grant the symposium permission for print and digital publication of their work. You or a co-author is available to present in person (no virtual option) at the 4IIS-UHPC held in Des Moines, Iowa at any time the scientific committee schedules your presentation during the symposium on June 14, 2026 or June 16, 2026; you will register and pay for the conference by March 15, 2026 if your paper is accepted; and you are responsible for obtaining an appropriate visa to attend the symposium, should you require one. A letter indicating your participation in the symposium will be provided if required.
