Recently, the Langfang–Zhuozhou section of the G95 Capital Area Ring Expressway reconstruction and expansion project—in which Hebei Yugou Building Materials Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Beijing Yugou Co., Ltd.) participates—achieved a major milestone: the first prefabricated box girder was successfully cast on site. This marks the official start of mass production for the full-scale construction of the expressway.

Project Background: A Key Project for Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Transportation Integration

The G95 Capital Area Ring Expressway serves as a critical transportation artery for the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region. The Langfang–Zhuozhou section reconstruction and expansion project is contracted by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. (CSCEC 8th Bureau). As an important participant, Hebei Yugou has leveraged its technical expertise to provide comprehensive engineering and technical services, showcasing Yugou Group’s core competitiveness and integrated resource advantages in major infrastructure projects.

Technological Breakthrough: Smart Production Line Showcases Hard-Core Strength

The project adopts the intelligent bridge production line designed by Yugou Group. The production line has been expanded from 220 m to 450 m, with the capability to manufacture various types of prestressed bridge components. It integrates three core technologies—intelligent control systems, high-precision mold technology, and green manufacturing processes—achieving fully automated, intelligent production from raw material input to finished product delivery.

The intelligent central control system enables precise scheduling and real-time monitoring; high-precision molds ensure dimensional accuracy of components; and green manufacturing processes significantly improve resource utilization. This innovative production model not only enhances production efficiency and shortens construction cycles, but also ensures product excellence through standardized quality control procedures. Moreover, its highly compatible design allows flexible production of box girders, T-girders, and hollow slabs, providing comprehensive support for infrastructure construction in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region and guaranteeing on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Faced with multiple challenges such as tight schedules, stringent quality standards, and cost control pressures, Yugou Group relied on its deep technical reserves and project management expertise to develop a meticulous construction plan. Through an innovative modular management model, the company achieved workflow segmentation; standardized procedures ensured construction compliance; and digital management systems strengthened process control—together forming a highly efficient, collaborative production system.
