Recently, TongLian Technology, a subsidiary of China West Construction Group Co., Ltd., officially launched its “Tongchehui(砼车汇): Full-Process Concrete Transport Weight Traceability System.” The system effectively addresses long-standing challenges in weight supervision and information transparency during concrete transport, driving the industry toward a more transparent, data-driven, and intelligent management model. This marks a major step forward in the digital transformation of concrete logistics.


Full-Process Traceability: Concrete Weight Data “Verifiable and Reliable”

Built on the principles of “precise recording, real-time retention, and full traceability,” the system provides an all-round solution for concrete transport weight supervision. Drivers can simply process delivery orders via the Wechat mini program, conduct weight checks at key transport stages through an integrated weighing system, and upload real-time photo evidence of each weighing operation. These weight data points are automatically linked to the corresponding transport order, forming a complete and verifiable traceability chain that ensures each delivery’s weight information is authentic, accurate, and traceable.


In the past, the supervision of concrete transportation weight often faced multiple challenges such as delayed recording of transport data, loss of weighbridge slips, and difficulty verifying weight information, which caused significant inconvenience for concrete batching plants, contractors, and their customers. With this new digitalized system, all weight data throughout the transport process are clearly recorded, permanently stored, and transparently displayed. The result is a significant reduction in weight-related disputes, enhanced data-driven internal management, optimized transport scheduling, and lower operational costs—ultimately improving both transparency and efficiency across the value chain.

Beyond traceability, the system is deeply integrated with YiTong, another WeChat mini program under TongLian Technology, forming a unified “order–transport–supervision–settlement” information ecosystem.


Through the YiTong mini program, customers can place orders and track transport vehicles in real time, including vehicle locations, travel routes, and weight data at each delivery node. This feature eliminates the long-standing information asymmetry between enterprises and customers in traditional concrete trading.



Customers can now monitor delivery progress and weight data directly from their phones, without inquiries, while enterprises can adjust transport plans dynamically based on real-time feedback. Moreover, transparent weight and route data provide a solid digital basis for reconciliation and payment settlement, reducing paperwork, streamlining workflows, and accelerating payment cycles—creating a true win–win situation for both sides.
