From October 17 to 19, 2025, the 3rd Member Congress of the Foam Concrete Branchof the China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association and the 7th National Foam Concrete Technology Exchange Conference were grandly held at Tianfu International Hotel in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
From October 17 to 19, 2025, the 3rd Member Congress of the Foam Concrete Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) of the China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (CCPA) and the 7th National Foam Concrete Technology Exchange Conference were grandly held at Tianfu International Hotel in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The event, hosted by the CCPA Foam Concrete Branch and organized by the Building Materials Industry Center for Technical Supervision and Research, was themed “Innovation-driven Transformation, Low-carbon Development for Shared Success.” It brought together over 100 participants, including experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, technical professionals, and member representatives from across China’s foam concrete industry chain, to exchange development insights, explore technical innovations, and jointly chart a path toward high-quality industry growth.

During the session, Secretary-General Li Yingquan of the 2nd Council delivered the report on the re-election process. The delegates reviewed and approved key documents including the Working Rules of the CCPA Foam Concrete Branch (Revised) and the Principles, Requirements and Recommended List for the 3rd Council Candidate Members. On October 18, the 7th National Foam Concrete Technology Exchange Conference was jointly chaired by Chen Zhichun, Secretary-General of the Branch, Hu Shikai, Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee, and Niu Yunhui, the Committee Member.

In his opening address, Li Yingquan, Chairman of the Branch, reviewed the development course of China’s foam concrete industry and analyzed current challenges. He emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration within the industry, calling on all participants to avoid vicious competition, uphold quality first, and promote innovation-driven progress. He also highlighted the need to strengthen the entire industry chain and advance green, low-carbon, and high-quality transformation.

A highlight of the conference was the Award Ceremony of the 1st National Foaming Agent Innovation Competition for Foam Concrete, recognizing outstanding enterprises and innovators. The awards fully demonstrated the industry’s pioneering spirit and set new benchmarks for technological progress in the field.
