On November 18, Bai Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China West Construction Group Co., Ltd., held talks in Chengdu with Zhu Liming, Party Secretary and Chairman of Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. The two leaders jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between the two companies. Tang Lin, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the Infrastructure Department of China Western Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Han Chunmin, Board Secretary, also attended the meeting.

Bai Jianjun extended a warm welcome to Zhu Liming and his delegation, and introduced the development history and corporate profile of China Western Construction Group Co., Ltd., with particular emphasis on the company’s efforts in integrating resources across the new energy project industry chain. Bai noted that this cooperation marks an important opportunity for both sides to accurately capture industry development trends and leverage complementary advantages. He expressed the hope that the signing would serve as a new starting point for deepened collaboration in areas such as new-energy solid-waste recycling and supporting facilities for new energy projects, jointly creating a benchmark case of cooperation between state-owned enterprises.

Zhu Liming presented an overview of the development positioning and core businesses of Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. He expressed the hope that both sides would rely on their respective expertise, resources, and strengths to accelerate technical exchanges and project alignment in concrete areas such as gypsum and gypsum-product sales, new-energy engineering design, and smart-factory construction, so as to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership and jointly gain an early-mover advantage in the green and low-carbon sector.

In the presence of all participants, the two parties signed the strategic cooperation agreement.

During the visit, attendees also toured the Building Materials Science Research Institute of China Western Construction Group Co., Ltd.

Representatives from the Office, Strategic Investment Department (Securities & Capital Department and Corporate Management Department), Franchise Business Division, and New Technology Industry Division of Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd., as well as heads of the Supply Chain Department and Research Institute of China Western Construction Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
