23th April 2020, CCPA and CBMF were held “ready-mixed concrete smart evaluation requirements” (project No. 2017-29-xb jh) association standard review meeting, through online meeting. There are 27 people participated who are from scientific research institutes, trade associations, manufacturers and user representatives, 16 of whom were experts in examination. The meeting reviewed the draft of the Association Standard for Evaluation of Ready-Mixed Concrete Smart Factory, which was led by the Ready-Mixed Concrete Branch of China Concrete and Cement Products Association and compiled by China Construction West Construction Co., Ltd.

The main drafter of the standard introduced the preparation process of the standard, the summary of the solicitation of opinions, the structure of the ready-mixed concrete smart factory and the evaluation requirements; the review team reviewed all the materials submitted for review, reviewed the standard text verbatim and proposed amendments. The review team believes that the standard evaluation indicators are advanced, applicable and highly maneuverable, and generally reach the domestic advanced level. In the end, the association standard was unanimously adopted.

The "Requirements for the Evaluation of Ready-Mixed Concrete Smart Factory" defines the architecture of the Ready-Mixed Concrete Smart Factory. It sets requirements for the basic elements of the Ready-Mixed Concrete Smart Factory in terms of infrastructure, production execution, operation management, and decision analysis, and stipulates the Ready-Mixed Concrete Smart Factory evaluation organization, evaluation requirements and evaluation methods. The implementation of this standard will accelerate the development of my country's traditional ready-mixed concrete factories to digital and intelligent development, and is of positive significance for leading the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of the concrete industry in an all-round way.
