Review meeting of CCPA standard The Norm of Energy Consumption per Unit Product of Non-autoclaved Prestressed High-strength Concrete Pile was held by CCPA and CBMF in Beijing on June 30. 31 representatives from research and architectural design institutes, industry associations, prestressed concrete pile producers, construction companies and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of review committee.
The main drafter of the standard introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusion that technical indexes of the standard are advanced and applicable and it reaches the domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the standard was approved by unanimous approval.
The Norm of Energy Consumption per Unit Product of Non-autoclaved Prestressed High-strength Concrete Pile specifies the energy consumption limit grades, statistical range, statistical method and calculation method of non-autoclaved prestressed high-strength concrete pile. Based on the domestic investigation, calculation and verification, the limit value, access value and advanced value of energy consumption for non-autoclaved pile are proposed by using mathematical statistical analysis method. The implementation of the standard will be of great significance to reduce the energy consumption of prestressed high-strength concrete precast pile production and promote the green development of precast pile industry.
