Project: Production Line of Shield Tunnel Segments, by Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., Ltd.

On the basis of the advanced automatic production line technology of shield tunnel segments abroad, combined with the current industry situation of China, the project independently innovates and develops the automatic production line of shield tunnel segment after detailed analysis and in-depth technical discussion. The project has been authorized 6 national utility model patents. 

The main innovations of the project are as follows.

I. The positioning device of the in-and-out mould carriage and the opening device of the hopper were designed to use the electro-hydraulic push-bar instead of the hydro-cylinder or air cylinder to control the operation of the positioning device, without the hydraulic station and air compressor station.

II. Induction device of approach switch is designed to realize the accurate positioning of the mould carriage when it in and out of the steam curing kiln.

III. The traction mechanism of the main production line is designed to push the shield tunnel segment mould into or pull down the translator through the control of oil cylinder on expansion of the intermediate rod.

IV. Temperature control system of steam-curing kiln adopts PLC to control PID mode to adjust automatically, and the steam amount in each section of steam-curing kiln is controlled through temperature sensor and solenoid valve.

Compared with the domestic traditional bench method, the production efficiency of this new production line is increased by 1.3 times, the labor intensity is reduced and the cost performance is higher than that of the abroad production line. The production lines are in stable condition in several production enterprises, the quality of the segments produced meet requirements and the economic and social benefits are obvious.
