Integrated Management & Control System for Ready-mixed Concrete Producers, by Xuzhou CUCC Concrete Co., Ltd.

In order to construct an efficient multi-station group management mode for ready-mixed concrete (RMC) producers, effectively manage and support the stations and realize a fine, digital and intelligent management mode based on informatization platform management and control platform, the project independently developed the integrated management & control system for RMC producers. The system takes ERP management system as the platform and achieves refined process management through informatization platform in the fields of production operation, equipment management, quality management, material management and transportation management, which are the core of production management in RMC producers. 

The main innovations of the project are as follows.

I. Real-time monitoring platform for concrete production achieves the timely, complete, reliable and accurate production technology data acquisition and the accurate fault detection.

II. Integrated business and finance, management and control are effective formed, along with the seamless interconnection of resource information, procurement information, production process information and logistics and distribution information.

III. Customer services are strengthened through automatic collection of weighted data, which eliminates human intervention and increases data security and reliability, and mobile services to enhance customer satisfaction.

IV. An industrial control system with independent intellectual property rights is developed, which is practical, reliable and advanced in technology.

This project emphasizes the functional principle of "Planning, Key, Standards" of the headquarters. Through the "Integrated Management & Control System", the assignment of responsibility between the headquarters and the stations in each operation chain is determined, as well as their responsibility on the business line (including marketing, procurement, technology, production, service) and management line (including planning, finance, human resources, administration), so as to achieve the grouping management mode. The project is an advanced mode of standardized management, reaching the advanced level in China and should be promoted in the RMC industry.
