Review meeting of CCPA standard Ready-mixed Concrete Mixing Plant (Tower) Production Capacity Assessment Method was held by CCPA and CBMF on Aug 19th. 26 representatives from research and architectural design institutes, industry associations, concrete producers, equipment manufacturers and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of review committee.

The main drafters of the standard introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments and the test data that support the main technical content in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusion that technical content of the standard are advanced and applicable and it reaches the domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the standard was approved by unanimous approval.

On the basis of extensive research, the standard Ready-mixed Concrete Mixing Plant (Tower) Production Capacity Assessment Method has carried out data verification. Combined with the self-development of ready mixed concrete industry and the needs of the government for industry evaluation, it defines the concepts of theoretical production capacity, actual production capacity and assessed production capacity, and specifies the verification method of hourly production capacity, daily production capacity and annual production capacity of ready mixed concrete mixing plant (tower). The standard guides and standardizes the capacity verification of ready mixed concrete mixing plant (building), which is of great significance to promote the reduction and intensive and high-quality development of ready mixed concrete industry.
