The core connotation of modernization of construction industry is to build high-quality buildings by means of industrial lean construction, so as to achieve the green development goal of energy saving and emission reduction. The experience gained at home and abroad proves that prefabricated building is a systematic project, and only gradual and steady progress of the project practice of talent team construction and project management, and consolidation of the foundation of product production and construction quality, can the goal of high-quality and efficient development of prefabricated building be finally achieved. The whole industry should realize that without talents and quality as the foundation, it is neither desirable nor feasible to stay on schedule and copy low-quality buildings on a large scale.
