The 2019 C10+Tech Meeting was successfully held by China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (CCPA) on June 20th, 2019 in Huizhou City, Guangzhou Province. Guangdong Red Wall New Material Co., Ltd undertook the meeting and China West Construction Group Co. Ltd served as a co-sponsor. The meeting focused on the whole industry chain of concrete sector in China and the technology advancement and high-quality development of the sector.

For the first time in history, CCPA built a grand stage for technical directors of key enterprises in concrete sectors, which is a innovative expansion and supplement to the “C10+” Summit of China concrete sector. Meanwhile, it is also a practice and experiment made by CCPA to seek for solutions for the key consensus technical problems with the help of mega enterprises.

In the past 40 years, China has produced and consumed the largest amount of concrete in the whole world in response to the huge market demands. China ready-mixed concrete sector is leading the development of the global concrete development by implementing the green and smart development ideology. Participants in the meeting are standing at the frontier of the concrete technology advancement and representing the highest level of the production and application of ready-mixed concrete in China. 

Each representative brought their questions and reflections to the meeting. Technical innovation plays an essential role in the development of concrete sector. All mega and key enterprises are responsible for the technical innovation and advancement in the whole chain of concrete sector.

Representatives gave their opinions and solutions for various topics including “the quality control of chemical admixtures and aggregates”, “One-qualification-for-one-batching-factory problem and the tax rate for ready-mixed concrete sector”, “green production technology and laboratory standardization” and “preparations for the future concrete”.

CCPA President Xu Yongmo gave a concluding speech. He said he learned a lot from the meeting. Innovation was frequently mentioned in representatives’ speeches. It was quite important for the enterprises to remain committed to technical innovation. Huawei Company is a good example who obtained core competitive ability by their original technology. The key enterprises shall take on the mission to conduct scientific innovation with enthusiasm, devotion and persistency.
