Review meeting of CCPA standard Technical Specification for Application of Phosphogypsum Slag Cement-based Stabilized Material for Highway Roadbases was held by CCPA and CBMF on November 10th. 29 representatives from research and architectural design institutes, colleges and universities, industry associations, producers and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of review committee.
Review meeting of CCPA standard Technical Specification for Application of Phosphogypsum Slag Cement-based Stabilized Material for Highway Roadbases was held by CCPA and CBMF on November 10th. 29 representatives from research and architectural design institutes, colleges and universities, industry associations, producers and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of review committee.
The main drafters of the standard introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments and the test data that support the main technical content in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusion that technical content of the standard is advanced and applicable and it reaches the domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the standard was approved by unanimous approval.
Based on the domestic investigation and basic verification tests, Technical Specification for Application of Phosphogypsum Slag Cement-based Stabilized Material for Highway Roadbases specifies the definition and technical requirements of phosphogypsum slag cement-based stabilized material. Compared with the traditional cement graded crushed stone stabilized layer, the basic index requirements for the modified phosphogypsum are further increased, and the composition design of cementitious materials is standardized. Through engineering practice, it is proposed to take 7d unconfined compressive strength as the main index of stable material construction quality control. The external environmental conditions in mixture production, construction and maintenance are fully considered, so as to improve the applicability of the standard. The implementation of the standard will promote the large consumption of industrial by-product phosphogypsum, realize the harmless disposal of phosphogypsum and expand its resource utilization ways. At the same time, it is conducive to improve the added value of products for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum resources, enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, help the construction of ecological civilization, and provide technical support for high-quality economic and social development.
