Walking into the Dongguan Minying • International Trade Center project, the tallest building in Dongguan of Guangdong Province, which was undertaken by China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd, you’ll find the topic of this project: "Developing Construction and Continuing to Struggle".

Minying·International Trade Center project has studied the innovative "carbon footprint" during the construction period, developed a carbon emission management platform. As a model of green building, it won the American LEED platinum green building certification and national green construction demonstration project, etc., contributing to the green transformation of construction mode and the realization of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.

Dongguan Minying · International Trade Center Project

consists of five towers and

commercial podium buildings.

With a total construction area of 1.04 million square meters,

it is a large-scale urban commercial complex

with the largest scale, the highest positioning and

the most complete formats in

Dongguan of Guangdong Province

including Grade A office buildings ,

high-end apartments,

Intercontinental hotels and shopping centers, etc.

The construction scale of the

super-large deep foundation pit of the project

is the highest in Dongguan district

with a built height of 423 meters

is the tallest building and  

the super-high-rise project in Dongguan,

the intelligent jacking steel platform technology

and the smart construction site system

were applied for the first time,

  the technical difficulty was the highest

in Dongguan construction projects.

and winning 7 domestic BIM competition awards.

The project participated in the national

 "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" key R&D plan, 

successfully completed the acceptance of

demonstration projects,

innovatively developed a set of fire isolation devices,

and developed a "super-high-rise fire evacuation and

early warning system"

which reached the domestic leading level

after the evaluation of experts in the industry.

The designed super-long and super-large basement structure

is difficult to construct and takes a long time.

the project team innovatively applied

the whole-structure “alternative bay construction method” ,

"block planning, block construction,

block pouring and integral molding"

and effectively controlled the concrete cracks of

super-long and super-large structures.

Simplifying the construction process and

optimizing the construction process,

facilitate the interspersed work of various

professional projects in advance,

and effectively shorten the construction period.
