On November 29, CCPA and CBMF jointly approved and issued 3 CCPA standards, Technical Specification for Application of Steel Slag Powder in Concrete (T/CBMF 147—2021/ T/CCPA 24—2021), The Norm of Energy Consumption per Unit Throughput of the Non-autoclaved Prefabricated Prestressed High Strength Concrete Pile (T/CBMF 148—2021/ T/CCPA 25—2021) and Technical Specification for Application of Phosphogypsum Slag Cement Stabilized Material for Highway Roadbases (T/CBMF 149—2021/ T/CCPA 26—2021), which shall be implemented from March 29, 2022.

The standard Technical Specification for Application of Steel Slag Powder in Concrete specifies the inspection and acceptance of steel slag powder, the mix proportion design, preparation and construction, quality inspection and evaluation of steel slag powder concrete. The standard is applicable to the application of steel slag powder in concrete whose mass percentage of admixture is not less than 50% and that of cementitious material is not less than 10%. The implementation of the standard will be of great significance to promote the application of steel slag powder in concrete and ensure the engineering quality of concrete mixed with steel slag powder.

The standard The Norm of Energy Consumption per Unit Throughput of the Non-autoclaved Prefabricated Prestressed High Strength Concrete Pile is applicable to the calculation and assessment of production energy consumption of non-autoclave prefabricated prestressed high strength concrete piles, as well as the energy consumption control of new (reconstruction and expansion) projects. The implementation of the standard will have important guiding significance for reducing the production energy consumption of prefabricated prestressed high strength concrete pile and promoting the green development of precast pile industry.

The standard Technical Specification for Application of Phosphogypsum Slag Cement Stabilized Material for Highway Roadbases specifies the raw material requirements, composition design, production and construction, maintenance, interlayer treatment and quality control of phosphogypsum slag cement stabilized materials for highway roadbases. The implementation of the standard will promote the consumption of a large amount of industrial by-product phosphogypsum, expand its resource utilization ways, realize the harmless disposal and resource utilization of phosphogypsum, continuously improve the added value of products for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum resources, enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, help the construction of ecological civilization, and provide technical support for high-quality economic and social development.
