This CCPA standard is formulated to standardize the application technology of structural concrete used in urban utility tunnel, improve the safety and standard of urban engineering pipeline construction, and ensure that the construction of urban utility tunnel is safe, applicable, economical, reasonable and technologically advanced.

This CCPA standard is applicable to the design, production, construction and quality inspection of structural concrete for new, expanded and reconstructed urban utility tunnel.
