The project of "Pipe making equipment with rising core and high frequency vibration technology" by Dingli Construction Machinery Co. Ltd won the third prize of 2020 CCPA Concrete Science and Technology Award (Technology Innovation).
Cement products industry is a manufacturing industry with high labor intensity. Personnel shortage is one of the major problems of cement products manufacturers, especially concrete pipe manufacturers. It is an inevitable choice to use highly automatic mechanized equipments to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost. Combining the advantages of radial extrusion and core die vibration technology, Dingli Construction Machinery developed, designed and manufactured the pipe making equipment with rising core and high frequency vibration technology.
Pipe making equipment with rising core and high frequency vibration technology is controlled by vibration system, distribution system, slewing support system and forming system. These four systems support this pipe making equipment to realize the high mechanization and automation of the whole equipment. The whole equipment has simple structure, low failure rate, stable and efficient operation.

The main innovations of the project are as follows.
Increase the production capacity of pipe making equipment.
Improve the compactness and strength of cement pipe
Wide range of products, including d300~d1500 reinforced concrete pipes.
Improve the impermeability.
Natural curing without steam, which could reach more than 80% strength in 3~4 days.
The slewing support system reduces the later maintenance cost and improves the product qualification rate.

The first set of this equipment was installed in Kazakhstan in April 2019. Through continuous improvement in more than 1 year, this equipment achieved the expected results. The equipment has been applied to many enterprises in China, with good product quality, high equipment efficiency, less labor on the production line and low labor intensity, which has been highly praised by cement pipe manufacturers.
