The total construction area of the project is 75,000 square meters. It consists of three parts: the public service center, the civic center, and the new district urban exhibition area.

The garden engineers have introduced the concept of "sponge city" into construction, so that people can be surrounded by "greenness" from the first step of entering here. Rainwater recycling system and solar energy supplementary energy and other technologies are used in the landscape to create an ecological environment with excellent experience in the civic center.

The tourist service center of the project is the first 3D printed fully prefabricated green smart building in China. The "printing" materials are the disposed solid waste. Tons of crushed construction waste have been transformed into exterior wall components through the magical transformation of 3D construction printer. The strength of the components after "transformation" is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary components, the bending resistance is 5 to 6 times, and the building energy consumption has been reduced from 70% to 30%.
