Review meeting of CCPA standard Granulated Blast Furnace Slag-calcium Sulphoaluminate Cement was held by CCPA and CBMF on May 20, 2022. 55 representatives from research and architectural design institutes, industry associations, production enterprises and users attended the meeting, of which 15 were members of review committee. 

The main drafter introduced the standard preparation process, the collection of comments and the test data that support the main technical requirements in the standard. The review committee reviewed all the documents, examined the standard text word by word and put forward revisions. The review committee made conclusions that technical indexes are advanced and applicable and the standard reaches domestic advanced level in general. Finally, the CCPA standard was approved by unanimous approval.

On the basis of investigation and basic verification test at home and abroad, and based on relevant research results and production and application experience, Granulated Blast Furnace Slag-calcium Sulphoaluminate Cement defines the terms, definitions, components and materials of this type of cement, and determined the technical requirements and test methods of chemical indexes, physical indexes, hydration heat and sulfate resistance. The implementation of the standard will provide a basis for the production and quality control of granulated blast furnace slag-calcium sulphoaluminate cement, further promote the engineering application of the cement and help to achieve the "double carbon" goal.
