From October 15th to 19^th 2021, the first Xi 'an intelligent construction site observation was held in China International Silk Road Center Building, the tallest building in central and western China, which was built by The First Company of China Eighth Engineering Bureau Ltd. Many "loogoos （black technology）" appeared in the exhibition area. Personnel from 54 construction units, including China State Construction Engineering Corporation（CSCEC）, China Metallurgical Group Corporation, China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd, Sinohydro Group, Ltd., and Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation, observed the super-high-rise core construction equipment and technology.

Among them, the “Non-intermittent slide pipe pouring technology " won the admiration of the engineering peers, which set a new record for large-volume raft casting in China: when casting large raft foundation, the slip pipe model is applied, and the fastest casting speed reaches 1,200 cubic meters per hour, which lasts for 50 hours.

China International Silk Road Center Building project continuously pours 30,000 cubic meters of concrete, adopting the “Non-intermittent slide pipe pouring technology " independently developed by The First Company of China Eighth Engineering Bureau Ltd., with 8 sets of slip pipes, 4 automobile pumps and 150 mixers for pouring on site.

According to the data of high-precision intelligent cloud temperature measurement technology, the temperature control indexes of mass concrete such as adiabatic temperature rise, internal and external temperature difference are better than the requirements of the specification.

The fastest pouring speed reaches 1,200 m³/hour, setting a record for the fastest concrete pouring in China!

The China International Silk Road Center Building project was undertaken by The First Company of China Eighth Engineering Bureau Ltd., the most competitive company of China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Raft casting is an important milestone in the project construction process. The average thickness of the raft foundation of this project is 5m, and the maximum thickness is 6.3m. One-time concrete pouring volume is 31,800 m³, which is equivalent to the total volume of six 30-story ordinary residential buildings.

The China International Silk Road Center Building project, located in the new axis of Xi 'an, is a bright business card at the starting point of the Silk Road, which is based in Xi 'an and facing the world in response to the call of "the Belt and Road " construction. The total construction area of the project is about 380,000 ㎡, including five-star hotels, 5A first-rate office buildings, sightseeing floors, conference centers, high-end businesses and so on. There are 100 floors above ground, with a total building height of 498 meters. After completion, it will become the "highest in the Midwest" and rank among the top ten skyscrapers in China.
