In order to implement the relevant requirements on promoting the sustained and healthy development of the construction industry and vigorously developing prefabricated buildings, accelerate the construction of the workforce and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, Chongqing MCHUD has released the local standard Professional Skills Standard of Technical Workers for Prefabricated Building. 

The standard specifies six key technical work types of workers for the prefabricated concrete building and puts forward specific requirements for the professional skills of each type of work. The six key types include component assembly, grouting, internal parts assembly, steel processing and distribution, pre-embedding and gluing. Workers of the first four types are divided into five levels of skills, which includes primary skilled worker, middle skilled worker, high skilled worker, technicians and senior technicians; while the last two types are divided into three levels of skills, which includes primary skilled worker, middle skilled worker, and high skilled worker. The skills of theoretical knowledge and operation skills will be examined. Theoretical knowledge examinations include component processing technology, construction organization and management, safety and civilized construction, etc., while the operation skills includes construction preparation, construction practice, finished project protection and technology innovations. This standard provides a basis for the training and assessment of skilled construction workers and has a strong guidance and operability.
